as long as they work, its fine for me :D but i'll tell you what i should do:
I'll go to a store and ask the best card for that type of mainboard.
they'll know what is good or not (i hope :D )

If you want to combine 2 ATI video cards you want an Crossfire motherboard
If you want to combine 2 NVIDIA video cards you want an SLI motherboard.

However there are motherboards that support both SLI and Crossfire but you motherboard does not

My Suggestion is to get a NVIDIA GTS250 it will be just fine

hi tolis
thanks for your answer!

i know the first with sli and crossfire but i will only use one card and not sli/cross system!

so i mean is one card working on the board?

and is the GTS250 good for games like cod6,Bc2?

see ya

I think the X2 will work, because it is one Card.

If you have 2 cards (Sli/Crossfire) the cards have to "communicate" over the mainboard, because the GPUs are not conected. An SLI-board can only handle a sli signal. A Crossfire only the Crossfire signal.

The X2 has 2 GPUs but the GPU dont need the board to comunicate, because they are conected at the card. So the card will run ;)

"Old" GTX 260/ 275 are "cheap" and they are strong enough for Bc2 and CoD6!
I have the GTX 275, i play CoD6 at 1920*1080 without problems :D

Sry, for my bad english!

If you want to be sure that your computer will have the best drivers and support for all Operating Systems go for a NVIDIA card.

If you want FPS and have a pc only for games go for ATI

My opinion is that NVIDIA cards are more stable, cold and accurate depending on their great drivers...
